IHS- should I pay twice for the same period when changing univ

Hi, I am dropping out of a course that I joined in Jan 2018 and planning to join another university in September 2018. I had paid for IHS till 2020 as a part of visa process. My question is: if I apply for visa again to join another university, is there a way to use the same IHS amount?

You probably don't need a new visa but need a new sponsor. Talk to your international students office and they can advise.
