this is a genuine question ok

does masturbating interfere with progress in terms of revision for a level exams. e.g if i fap twice a day but revise can i still get a*s.

some people told me that if i fap i get brain fog and become dumber or less motivated so i shouldnt fap coming up to exams. it feels amazing and relaxes me but a levels are more important to me so idk wat to do pls help me. thank u.

I fap and revise at the same time. I find fapping relaxing it didn't make me any dumber and it didn't make my grades worse. So it clearly it works. :perv:

Lmao  :toofunny:
I have been on no fap journey for 3 years and when on a decent streak I get many benefits including more energy and motivation.

for me at least i honestly don’t think masturbation is healthy. Ok the act is fine up to a point I’d say age 18. From then on a man should be out meeting women and building fulfilling relationships to satisfy those sexual needs. He should be focusing on constantly improving himself such as gym, improving social skills, learning things in order to find a mate.

Everyone knows this is true but no one wants to admit it

I "fap" roughly 15-30 times in ONE DAY. twice a day are rookie numbers, you can't pass unless you up those numbers.

Crap. If you don't want to do it, fine whatever, but don't start scaring other people.

Your body simply cannot tell the difference between an ejaculation via masturbation and one via intercourse. They're emotionally different, but there's no physical difference apart from the fact that there's obviously no way to get an STI if no-one else is involved.

News just in: some men want to be sexual with other men.
All depends on how bad it is for you. I got brain fog when I didn't fap, as soon as I did it it cleared my brain. I believe I'm a sex addict, I can't function until I get my hit
No, but perhaps best not to do it in the final exam.

It most certainly will if your teacher catches you during the exam ...

yeah but that’s half the point your body thinks it’s reproducing. and when you stop it thinks you’re no longer so it makes changes in order to get reproducing hence the increased confidence motivation energy

idk why u are so passionately defending this. i have had this conversation so many times and only the addicts would defend porn and masturbating so passionately. instead of shutting us down try no fap and if you have already do it again but longer then come back to us

Those 'precious bodily fluids' - have you been listening to Jack D Ripper again?

I'm the one saying that "the vast majority of porn is crap", but if you lie about what is the most common form of human sexuality, I will also call you out on that crap.

Who do you think it helps to say "masturbation is harmful - you should ignore the evidence stretching back seventy years saying it isn't, but listen to a bunch of people who think stroking heads cures cancer instead"?

Nikola Tesla remained celibate for his whole life because he knew it spurred on the brain.

This coming from someone who's opening comment was "Enjoy your erectile dysfunction kiddo"...

You're looking at osteopaths - purveyors of treatment that might be useful for lower back pain but have absolutely nothing to do with mental health, sexual behaviour or even general health - for their thoughts on this?!?

The AOA are the bunch that tried to sue someone for pointing out that 'craniosacral therapy', the osteopathic idea that lightly touching the head can cure things like cancer, is quackery. The fact that they endorse this should suggest something to you.

If you bothered to look at Kinsey instead you'll see that there were men in his survey doing it more often than five times a day. The widespread availability of porn is nothing new either.

I'm happy to agree that Sturgeon applies and the vast majority of porn is crap, and that trying to learn about sex from it is like learning to drive from watching The Fast & The Furious 57 (or whatever they're up to now).

You're ignorant and OP, I made a post about this like 2 years ago you can check it out.

I believe masturbation isn't helpful nor is pornography because ask yourself, will masturbation help you feel good?

The answer from you would be a yes but understanding the biology of it helps you know why (dopamine) it isn't as good as it is.

People who tend to be depressed or are having a bad day will masturbate and feel good but this is an endless loop. I won't say anymore because I talked about this so much like 2 years ago in year 11

I fapped throughout my a level revision last year and i got 3A*s
If you want a w**k, have a w**k. There's some people trying to scare you off for some reason in this thread but, unless your doing it to excess, it shouldn't effect you negatively

Masturbating twice a day isn't an "addiction" or overly excessive for someone at A-Level age

It will only affect your grades if you're doing it instead of revising. In my experience whacking a good one the nght before an exam helps get rid of the nerves, though.

Also for the love of... "masturbate" is not spelled F A P.
