Go out in your back garden or stay in your room and create the situation(but don't actually pee or whatever). Think for yourself what you'd do and act it out-like literally people saying 'go pee' is literally the situation. Personally I think you're making a big deal out of something that isn't that big a deal, stop worrying so much. It's going to be fine

Hello I am a 15 year old girl doing my silver DofE in May, I know most of it however I don't really know how to go to the toilet?
