On more than 18-20 wage but less than 21+?

I have been in my job for 2 years. I was 18 when I started. I get paid more than the 18-20 wage but less than 21+. I am due to turn 21 next month and I was wondering if my wages will go up, or if it depends on the employer? Do they not have to increase your pay?
Are you talking about the National Minimum Wage? If so, then your employer will be required to pay you at least £7.05 per hour (£7.38 per hour from 1st April 2018) as soon as you turn 21.

As above, it should be increased once you turn 21.

Even if I was on more than 18-20 during the time I was 18-20?? So when I turn 21 in April my wages should go up?? What if they refuse.

The minimum wage is just that; they have to pay you at least that amount, but them paying you more shouldn't cause any issues when you do turn 21. It's a legal requirement to pay you at least minimum wage, so I can't imagine they'll refuse - it will cause them a lot of issues if they do!

If they refuse, threaten to take action against them. Tell them that you will contact HMRC (the tax office), and that you will also take them to an employment tribunal. They will be breaking the law by refusing to pay you the minimum wage. https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage/worker-disputes-over-minimum-wage
