Help with DofE?

Hi, I did my DofE silver and I also have IBS. I would recommend taking a hell of a lot of peppermint capsules with you to help settle your stomach and bowels. I also would recommend getting up early while no one else is up and using the toilet facilities which I'm sure there will be. Try relieving yourself just before you go on the expedition and as soon as you come back. Good luck, hope it all goes well!

Hello I am a 15 year old girl doing my silver DofE in May, I know most of it however I don't really know how to go to the toilet?
