Fee assessment form

I got an email from a uni about a fee assessment form and I don't know what they mean by 'application number'. How do I find my application number?
I'm pretty sure its your UCAS number. You can see it on track in the top right hand corner as "Personal ID"

In the form it separately asks for application number and personal id. :frown:

If you don’t know it (and it isn’t mentioned in the correspondence from the university) then ring them and ask them.
