Well thats quite normal so say instagram? Like if someone posts it for the world to see then they've got to expect people adding them back

If your a girl i doubt it matters what you say cause i think most guys would be happy for a girl to seek them out, but if your a guy that probably a lot more complicated but should not be hard to make an excuse. his reaction probably gonna be dependent on if he wants to speak to you in the first place
