- Try www.brainscape.com, it is a flashcard app that uses your input to cycle cards you don't know as well. Lots of Chemistry decks you can download - Try looking for quizlets, although they work best for keywords and definitions

I seem to be getting only half marks on past papers for science aswell with targets of 8, either these new exams are too hard or im just dumb
at least you're getting half marks on the paper 1 I got 27/100, I'm only targetted 6s but I know I'm well above that. I don't think you're dumb you may know all the content but its how to answer the questions and obtain full marks that you're falling short on.
Some people in my year are getting 76/100 so I think it's moderately easy

Hmmm you may be right, i am just going to sweat out the past papers from now till may and hopefully i can get 76 too if not more

yeah use stuff like exam pro and other things, pay attention to little details in the question because they basically give you the answers sometimes and practise&plan your 6 markers!
On paper 1 i got 55/100, paper 2 I got 37/100 but did not revise at all for the second paper. I'm targetted 8's and honestly dont know what to do either

wow paper one was REALLY hard, well done! Idk what to do because my school have exam practice but idk if its tailored to the new spec, do you have the cgp revision exam book? it helps a bit, mygcsescience is a life saver too but its a bit pricey £50 but worth it

I have a mygcsescience account but realised it wasnt worth the £50 when I found out I lose attention after like 3 minutes of the video. I have all the cgp books but find the workbook too basic compared to what actually comes up in our tests. My school has provided us with some revision mindmaps and powerpoints and im really finding them useful as they include EVERYTHING in the spec but i'm struggling on dividing my revision and past paper time up efficiently :/

If i revised i would still get 37 the way im heading atm

Am i the only one who doesnt even use the revision guides? I use the workbooks for practice but the acc guides are useless. Freescience lessons is the mvp

break it up do one hour of paper 1 revision, condense your info onto like 2 sheets of paper then do an hour of exam practice paper

freescience loses my attention QUICKLY, but if it works for you then use it. MY MAIN PROBLEM IS ANSWERING 4 MARKERS because ill only answer the equivalant of 2/3 marks and thats where its going wrong for me
