Moving out at 16

Could I move to a different city at 16 with an apprenticeship and live in like a rented flat or something

A lot of places won’t take in someone under 18 so a lot of times if you have a special circumstance it’s the only way you’ll find somewhere eg trouble at home

You can, but it's best not to do it alone because that's very difficult, so be sure to get in touch with some support. If you're unsure about anything a service like childline or the runaway helpline should be able to help.
You'd also have to think about how you're going to afford to live. You don't, IIRC, get a huge amount as an apprentice and you're very unlikely to get benefits. But as someone under 18, you won't pay council tax.
