Depends on how much you already know. Try to figure out what your weaknesses are and practice using questions and past papers. When you are doing the past papers spend more time on the questions that have a lot of marks e.g 4 or 6.

My mock grade for Add Math was a D and I got a B in the actual one...

Just do as much past papers as you can (two a day is sufficient) make flashcards for all the formulas. I remember I did 3 years worth of IG past papers: Feb/March, May/June and Oct/Nov in a month.
