My garuntor for my accommodation next year is my Dad; who has just lost his job.
Is there anything I can do as I can't afford it next year? Any advice would be so helpful.

Is there anyone else you can ask? The uni may have a guarantor scheme or you can pay a few months upfront though all landlords may not accept that. I'm a bit confused though as a guarantor is someone who steps in if you can't pay. They don't actually pay the rent?
