I am a bit confused on how to write out an essay, do you guys have any ideas on how I can lay it out?

Oh I’m doing GCSE what are you doing then?
There is a good book for all History students to read on writing essays : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Writing-History-Essays-Palgrave-Skills/dp/1137543663/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_14_t_0?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=HSTHXF94V0XW60A0BWCH

You have to sit down and read the entire book - you wont find one sentence that is the 'answer'. Its worth doing - it really will help.

It’s for all exam boards - it gives tips for writing essays, regardless of exam board but it uses some Edexcel style questions as prompts. It is genuinely useful for any exam board.
