For uni rep UCL/warwick are the same. For the course Warwick offers more flexibility and is know for its business school.

Ok many thanks
I'm gonna go to WBS
It will be between UCL Management Science and Warwick Management. It really differs what you want to do because they are quite different (Management Science vs Management) but reputation wise i think UCL wins internationally compared to Warwick by a little whereas Warwick Business School is well-known globally. In conclusion, you won't go wrong with either 1 . If you chose WBS ... See you man haha.

PS: You won't have less opportunities in UCL Management Science as what -------- said, UCL already is a name on its own and is located in London, hence the connections and opportunities is already there.

Actually I saw that UCL has a better overall reputation
But when it comes to business related subjects I saw wbs is in the top 20 whereas UCL isn’t in any business schools rankings

When you say “it really differs what you want to do” What do you mean ? Do you refer to the fact that management science (UCL) is more maths orientated?

Btw are you starting wbs in 2018 or have you already started?

When you say UCL management science is more like engineering , and considering that I would like to build a start up you think WBS is better by a landslide
Also I m thinking of going In LSE or LBS as a MSc after my BSc
Do you think that WBS would be better to enter one of those ??
Really need some help
I would offer a contrasting view, as far as course goes Management science would prepare you to that point of potentially getting a masters in economics, because of the interchangeable nature, and it would qualify you to work as a quant if you so wish.

Most people that want to be respected for management specialist knowledge will need a masters regardless.

I wouldn't so quickly pick Warwick, Warwick has a great business school but UCL is very much on the Up and UP, if you have any aspirations of leaving this county then UCL is the better bet.

Management science is definitely an advancement as most finance jobs actually want skills like this, not so much the non quant side of management.

Tricky decision but i definitely would commit doing further research. Unistats has them in same bracket as far as payment goes....starting salaries of £29,000, employment prospects are also high with 95% warwick and 85% UCL, that 10 percent difference is innumerable could just be the unistats sample size, some rich kids go to UCL because it is in London and go work for mom and dad...

Further, to get into a competitive masters globally you need to take an exam called a GMAT (this is scored primarily off quantative reasoning)

So if you have a zest and talent for maths a management science degree is really up your path and quite frankly sets you apart it doesnt diminish you at all contrary to some advice you have been given.

A Warwick management degree is of course renowned (particularly in the UK) but isnt anything significantly specially in structure.

We follow the same structure of degree and get similar content at my university Nottingham.

We even have the same structure of management division

International Management (higher value/which is what i study)
Regular Management

So to simply say that Warwick is the be all and end all of management education and if you go there over UCL you are doomed in life is the most pathetic excuse for advice i have read in a while.

Best of LuCk!!!!!! Choose wisely!
