Psychology and pscytrist

What is the difference between them and which one is better
A psychologist is a mental health professional, and a psychiatrist can additionally administer medicine.
Neither is "better" than the other, it depends on the issue at hand

No, both of them help treat mental health issues. But while a psychologist helps through therapy (whether it be art therapy, drama therapy, musical therapy, CBT, etc) a psychiatrist helps through medication.

A therapist is simply a person that carries out therapy/rehabilitation sessions/treatments (thus you also have physical therapists for the body).
Both psychologist and psychiatrists may carry out therapy, only they are trained to do it in a specific way.
They are entirely different training routes. Psychiatrists are doctors first, then specialise. Clinical psychologists do a psychology degree, then work experience, then a 3 year clinical psychology doctorate
