Ok desi boy, what are your views on the wage disparity of ethnic minority workers compared to indigenous people who work in the same occupation? Do you feel it should receive as much attention as the gender wage imbalance?

Yes m8, certainly! It SHOULD receive as much attention. If you didn't know, London's public workers face ethnicity pay gaps of almost 37% There is clearly a discrimination between locals and the rest. Race equality needs to be prioritized! There is a need for something to be done about this, something like a 'no-name CV' should work! Businesses and public sector organizations that are underpaying ethnic minorities need to be named and shamed! What do you think?
