18 Tory Councillors and Candidates were suspended for racism last month alone

So when is the march on parliament to call out racism in the Tory party? Where is the hashtag campaign? Where is the parliamentary debate on racism in the Tory party? Where are the weeks of endless headlines about racism in the Tory party? Where are the calls for Theresa May to step down because of racism in the Tory party? Where are the idiotic calls for her to ban these people without due process and if she doesn't she is literally a Nazi? Where is the independent report on racism in the Tory party?

Can we have some evidence, just to be on the safe side? Anyone can write fake stuff on twitter, plenty of con-merchants about.

So... let's have it.
Uh, doesn't this prove that the process is working? If it were a real story plenty of mainstream media would be covering it, no?

So let's get this straight. There were racist members within the party and the leadership got rid of them accordingly. What exactly is the story here beyond the party's process working exactly as it should do?

Sure.

Anthony Mullen made insulting remarks about the appearances of women

Among tweets allegedly composed by George Stoakley, 23, who is standing for election in Cambridgeshire, was one saying that he was "sweating like a Jew in an attic".

A Conservative candidate for election to Stevenage Borough Council has been suspended from the party after it emerged he had once supported the death penalty for gay people.

Darren Harrison, the Conservative Council Candidate for Watford, was suspended from the party on April 21st for reportedly supporting the European neo-Nazi organisation, Generation Identitaire.

Alexander van Terheyden openly labels himself ‘anti-Islam’
If the Tories are acting against any racists in their party, and doing so promptly, and treating racism against white people as well as against black or Asian people, then there is a process which is reasonable. Unlike it appears the Labour Party who at best drag their feet.

Which of those examples is meant to be racist exactly?
This doesn't justify Corbyn's antisemitism.

The story is the hypocrisy.

If it were about Labour and Jews, it would be all over the papers.

like the time Corbyn tried to charge whites extra for a rally?

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/5409589/labour-forced-to-scrap-plans-to-charge-white-people-more-for-corbyn-speech-after-equalities-watchdog-complains/

and the fact that it wasn't actually "all over the papers"

Double standards much?

Racism against whites doesn't get much attention, agreed.

But that isn't the double standard I'm talking about. The more serious double standard here is the media acting as though Labour has an anti-semitism crisis caused by the Second Coming of Hitler (sometimes referred to as Corbyn), going into outrage overdrive at the mere proximity of Corbyn and Judaism/Israel in the same sentence - while the Tories have a much more substantial manifestation of their own when it comes to Islam/Arabs.

Thank you for taking the time.

Right, that doesn't look very racist to me.

Among tweets allegedly composed by George Stoakley, 23, who is standing for election in Cambridgeshire, was one saying that he was "sweating like a Jew in an attic".

Well, we'd need to know more before tagging someone with the racist label but I'll give you that as a bonus point, that's one down and seventeen to go.

A Conservative candidate for election to Stevenage Borough Council has been suspended from the party after it emerged he had once supported the death penalty for gay people.

Nil points for racism on that one.

Darren Harrison, the Conservative Council Candidate for Watford, was suspended from the party on April 21st for reportedly supporting the European neo-Nazi organisation, Generation Identitaire.

I couldn't personally accuse the individual of racism on the back of that but let's make it two down.

Alexander van Terheyden openly labels himself ‘anti-Islam’

Islam is not a race, forget that one. So, this is all about '18 Tories suspended for racism last month alone' and there is quite a gap between the headlines and factual evidence but never mind, it shows the Tories are on the ball and keeping up with societal norms. Going by the headlines...

With your level of reaction to this, it's the fault of you and people like you who encourage coverups. You're literally complaining about them suspending suspected racists.

It takes a certain type of crazy for anyone to want to bother becoming a councillor in the first place. Scratch away the surface of any party's council candiates and you'll always find dirt on some of them. It can be racism, or debauchery, corruption (practically a given for any political role), or otherwise.

As always, pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Imagine the outrage if Labour councillors/MPs described themselves as "anti-Jewish".

Not the same.
"Jewish" is as much an ethnicity as a religion. Remember that during the Holocaust, people were transported to the camps on the basis of who their parents or even grandparents were, not because of what they believed.

The actual comparison would be "anti-Judaism".
