Simultaneous equation Matrix question

Hello,

I am struggling to convert the deals into a simultaneous equation. This is the first time I have got given context with my simultaneous equations.

Can someone tell me what the simultaneous equation is. I don't need anyone to solve the equation.

Thanks!

The simultaneous equations are given for you on the right of your image. C= 30+0.2M and C=50+0.1M

Again, it tells you that in your image.

Yes Thanks for the help. I didn't look at the answer because I wanted to work out the question myself.

Are you told to solve these two eqs. using inverse matrices, or...?

Just asking because it's a waste of time to use this method for 2x2 systems.

EDIT: Nevermind, just looked at the original link. Well it's more useful for bigger systems, so don't end up using it normally on these types if not asked
