Yes but they’re not good health wise. Try eating a stick of celery a day (cut up into four for four meals) and running 8 miles a day. You deffo loose weight very fast but your organs will not thank u.

To lose weight you need to burn slightly more calories than you eat. That's it!

It doesn't really matter what you eat, if you eat in a deficit you will lose weight. Exercise can be used to help boost your metabolism (BMR) and total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). Never restrict lower than 1200 calories, for weight loss aim for between 1200 and 1500 a day. It won't happen overnight, you may get a bit of initial water retention so the number on the scales may increase a bit but it will go down.

Expect a weight loss rate of 1-2 lbs a week, generally the slower the weight loss the more sustainable it is. There aren't any tricks or quick fixes that will give you lasting results, all they will do is cause your weight to yo-yo. The weight you're at is the result of your long term habits, not tricks

Simple changes you can make are all the well known ones- drink more water, cut down on fizzy drinks and fruit juices, don't add extra sugar to things, eat fewer processed foods, be aware of portion size, walk wherever you can, take the stairs, sneak more veggies in your food so you'll feel full on fewer calories, exercise about three times a week. Above all: do not 'diet' or starve.

I lost 5 stones through diet and exercise. Two things that helped the most were drinking a lot of water and green tea. I also count my calories and have small portions. I do still have days where indulge but I forgive myself and get back to healthy eating.

a balanced diet, proper exercise and adequate rest helps you to reach your goal.
