so I think the distinction is one is about solving physical problems with known tools and outcomes. another is about solving abstract problems with tools that haven't been predetermined yet.
a surgeon realistically is a really souped up human plumber that requires a lot of prior experience + known tools + knowledge. a compsci is more of a builder or logician that has to create (or prove) things with an arbitrary suite of tools (that may or may not exist yet).
They are smarter at programming.
