But do we need to know how to draw flowcharts if we can write pseudocode?

I don't think so i think we can do one or the other

no, there will be questions on it. my cs teacher told me that, theyll give you instructions like

a random umber needs to be generates and sorted
user enters guess
if user enters guess incorrectly
user will be told higher or lower
number of guesses then increased by one
user will guess again
if user enters guess correct
program displays they are correct
the program displays the nuber of guesses it took them.

write an algorithm for this.

and you then write a seducode or draw a flowchart.

personally im ******** my pants for tom , but to keep on safe side i would draw a flowchart instead of seudocode just because its easier.

It will be a question and you will most likely either be able to do pseudocode or flowcharts
Hi, I did the GCSE last year, I'm not too sure on the rest. But in typically every case for GCSE, they will give you the choice to either do your own pseudocode, or a flowchart.

The general shapes you want, oval = start/end
Parallelogram = Input/Output
Wide Diamond = if case, or a decision of any kind
Rectangle = a Process
For doing if cases or any sorts of decisions, you wanna be doing arrows consistently, showing every possible stage
Make sure you're communicating the process clearly.

No, it's for tomorrow's paper, as that is the algorithm one

I thought tomorrows paper was computer systems paper 2 is algorithms and computational thinking

no, paper 1 is computional thinking and problem solving

Nope, trust me, paper 2 is theory.
