Do things to destress like socialise, things that make you laugh, have a bath, watch some TV, music.
Also realise you can only do your best and that too much worry undermines you. Stik to the revision plan and realise if youve tried your best that is enough. No matter what the results you cna cope afterwards.

I was like that during my GCSE exams but listen, it's not worth getting this worried over. GCSE's are not the end of the world. Just make sure you know the content and understand how to answer the questions in your exams... and remember, not everyone is great at everything. Just keep composed because panicking is the worst thing you can do.
