And the next one I got a fraction -9/7 and something else can’t remember 😭

No, you have to find the crit. values from using the quadratic formula (if you used this method) and sketch a graph, then state the possible values using inequalities. I think you'll maybe get 1/2 marks.

I thought last year’s was harder as well. I was shocked at the amount of people who thought this paper was atrocious when I left the exam hall.

Probably because of all the fractions...
someone explain the area of shaded triangle?
and also for the gradient of normal it was just the gradient of c and p not the reciprocal?

Did you do this for the K question finding the discriminat? Because I left it in quadratic format something like (42+/- root 1298) /20 but I think we’ll loose a mark for not putting it in its simplest form
