10. How can the reactivity series be used to determine the best metal to be used for a specific purpose?
the reactivity series shows how reactive a metal is. if the specific use of a metal was to be placed in water, then you would NOT use the most reactive metals eg potassium, lithium etc. and you’d use a less reactive metal that doesn’t react with water :smile:
