AQA Government & politics help for GOV3A and GOV4A

Hello everyone,
i was wondering if anyone would be as kind as to help with certain key concepts that i don't seem to know anything about because i dont have any notes of them.

These are the concepts
GOV3A
-Lobbying
-Corporate power
-Clientelism
Fixed Terms - that one i have no idea for electoral processes
-Alignment and alignment

GOV4A
-Entrenched Rights
-De-centralisation and States Rights
-Flexibility/Rigidity
-Veto
-Power to persuade
-Bureaucratic power

Im just looking for a concise definition and how i would be able to answer it if it were a 10 marker. I've everywhere online especially for Fixed term and i cant seem to get a clear definition.
Any help would be great honestly, thank you!

Just definitions will be helpful guys, anything. Its not like I haven't attended my lessons, it just that my teacher had often skipped those sections or not well explained them.
