Would be nice if you included units?
either use: v=f λ rearranged
(speed=frequency x wavelength)
speed is m/s, frequency is hz and wavelength is m
f= λ/v
(frequency=wavelength/speed)

or use frequency=1/period if it talks about that

I do not understand why its 2 lamba, i know phase difference is one wavelength but why is it 2?
