5,42 for min point of P?

For which question?
2. P = 6.66N
3. Tension in C = 75g
3b. Tension in D = 1035g/3.5
Lift Question, a. F = 707N, b. 6 people, can’t be 7 as I had 6.97 which takes tension over 10000N

t for particle to pass B = 0.11s
7. a = 3G/20 all I can remember

same as mine but seems lots of people got 31 something :frown:

P = 16.4
Tension in C = 735N Tension in D = 1323N
velocity of P = 1/4u
Velocity of Q = 5/4u
Lift Q part a 3050N b) 6 people

I think if you worked it out in th other firection you would get that but it said min point so went with 5.42
Q1 1/4u 5/4u
Q2 31.1N
Q3 735N 2898N
Q4 u=24 t=0.105
Q5 708N ...
Q6 a=13.4ms^-2 243degree

7 people in lift i got

you can't round up for that question because it is a maximum value so answer is 6 people

I got this bud and im 100% sure I’m right so you just bagged 10 marks

1. v of P=1/4u and v of Q=5/4u
2. P=31.1N
3. Tension in C=75gN, Tension in D=1035g/3.5N
4.R=708N, 6 people
5.value of U=24, time was 0.105s and graph starts at 24 goes up to 25,straight down to -10 and doesn't reach back to 0
6. Magnitude of a=15root5, bearing 243°
7. String is inextensible, acceleration was 3g/25
Last part you find distance travelled by Q under gravity , and you get 3g/25h. Add it to h and you get 28g/25h.
