Small volume of stool (numerous times a day)

Hi whenever I wake up I poop a small amount (not like nuts) just a small volume of stool then maybe 30 minutes to 1 hr later I do it again maybe 2 more times. then probably around 2pm I'll do it again go once and then go around 3-4 times more in a couple of hours.
Anyone else have this or is it just my stools come out slowly across the day?

As I say General practioners are useless here in the UK. They have a number of faults and are in my opinion lacking any medical knowledge. The only skill they have is to give you a prescription or in my case not do anything to help my case. The weakest point is their inability to refer younger people to specialists because in their minds health problems such as cancer, autoimmune conditions do not occur in young healthy people. My GP said these words literally 'Too young and healthy for cancer' go home there is nothing wrong with you in other words. As my situation has not improved and my gp is still holding me back for a referal (valuable time which could potential save my life if I do have cancer or at least help to catch it earlier). I went to see a couple of my gps and quite frankly they all have no clue some of them say I have constipation whilst others say I have diarrehea. (I provided them all with the same images to analyse my stool). Yet I'm still here 5 weeks from when this all began awaiting yet another stool test result which will most likely be negative again further adding to my gps reasons to not refer me.
Change In bowel habits lasting longer than 2 weeks should be taken seriously by gps no matter the age of the person.
I have described all my symptoms to my gps and they still cannot identify what's wrong or give me a diagnosis. On top of this the NHS is also killing us with their referrals only being accepted from gps or if you go to accident and emergency. In fact that's where I'm probably gonna end up at this rate with the gross negligence of my gps.

- regularly exercise
Eating more fiber (have increased my fiber intake over the last few months )
Drink more than 1.5l of water
All lifestyle changes have been made and never had this problem before.
So Idk when I will find out what's wrong but I all I know is it will probably be when it's too late.

Good idea that's what I'm probably going to do I have an appointment 2mro and I'm gonna go in with a bunch of articles about gps misdiagnosing ypung people and they actually have cancer. Gonna go hard on them stats most cancers are found in stage 4 for young people. Gps gonna get roasted so badly they gonna write me up that urgent referal quick time then they gonna get sued next level when I get diagnosed with cancer.

Faecal occult blood- negative
Faecal calprotectin-negative
Symptoms still ongoing (5 weeks now)
GP SAID TO EAT SOME FRUIT. PLEASE IVE TRIED THAT FOR AGES NOT MAKING IT ANY BETTER.

Gp told me this they said that as both tests are negative your referal is non urgent as we don't suspect you have cancer.
Mate you just ruled out a **** ton of conditions it could be.
I've made huge lifestyle changes over last 3 months
I've exercised more
I drink a lot of water
I've lost weight was 93kg in January now I'm 79.5kg.
I don't know what else they want me to do. Do they want me to be literally dying then I get referal or what seriously absolute joke. If someone older than me presented these symptoms ain't no tests Happening straight urgent referal for them.

What makes you so sure you have cancer? Couldn't the weight loss be caused but the lifestyle changes you made? Your symptoms sound a lot like IBS.

And it doesn't sound like your GP is doing anything wrong tbh - they have done tests, they have referred you...
Eat cherries - they act like laxative...

maybe you've got some form of constipation?

Someone older would also be getting tests before being referred.

Yes I was thinking ibs aswell. What are the chances that those stool tests being negative and me having cancer must be really low I think. But if it was Ibs surely the gp would want to rule out all other causes such as bacterial infection or parasite infection cancer, polyps, ibs, diverticulisis. I know the stool tests are helpful to ruling out some of these causes but the only way to be certain is through a colonoscopy.
Also the gp has not ordered another blood test which is in my opinion a concern. If the blood results are normal then your right ibs is the most probably cause. But you can't just make the assumption without doing all the necessary tests to rule out other causes.

I just want to know what's causing this, a gp can only help me to an extent there not specialised In the area enough to offer advice or opinion. How many young people realistically go to a gp with these symptoms and are often told to just eat fruit. A number of failures by gps have left people with stage 4 cancer. One person was 18 she complained of stomach aches and being constipated the gp prescribed laxatives. She wasn't even offered tests to rule out bowel cancer. She died a couple of months later when doctors discovered she had an aggressive form of bowel cancer. Another instance as I'm sure you're aware is Stephen Sutton he also died pretty young.

How am I sure it's cancer you may ask

Firstly these changes I have been experiencing have been progressively worse.
I'm tired even though I'm sleeping well.
I just don't feel right
My gp is not making it any better for me just a waiting game for them until it's too late.
I'm going toilet a lot more then I was before. Bowel movements are persistently changing.
Sometimes I feel the urge to go an nothing comes.
Sometimes it's liquid
Sometimes it floats
I see undigested food or some other particles in my stool more often

With those symptoms, bowel cancer wouldn't be the first differential to consider. There are potentially other blood/stool tests that could have been done, but sometimes GPs are not able to of those tests and they might only be available in the hospital. It sounds like your GP has made a referral, so they are clearly not ignoring you symptoms and concerns.
Christ, get over yourself.
You need to get more exercise. Occasionally diet is not the problem, it’s just the lack of activity.
Hi yes, I am going to get my referal 2mro from gp then I will most likely go through private health care. I do exercise a lot in fact I've been doing regular exercise for a several months I go to the gym I do a mixture of cardio and weight training. Anonymous 4 if you were in the same predicament as me you will see how bad it feels and then you will reconsider making that statement.
Thanks anyways guys I no I have ranted quite a bit but I think I know what to do next. Your probably right I'm overreacting and I probably have something like ibs or a food intolerance. That's why I will be seeing a specialist to determine the cause of my problems and to see what needs to be done to deal with the cause.
The gp probably done the most that they can with the resources they have and if the stool tests for blood and ibd are negative then that's a good sign that my problem may be relating to something else. I still wish I could of done more than one of each test just to make sure that the test results were reliable. Because for the blood sometimes if it's cancer or a polyp they don't bleed all the time.
I still find it quite shocking that one gp told a person of a similar age to eat some mangoes and they actually had bowel cancer.

I mean the likehood of me having bowel cancer is very low
Age
No family history
Don't smoke
Don't drink
Not obese
Only way I could have it is if I inherited a cancer gene and that would be very unlucky.

And if you have no family history, it is unlikely that you have inherited a cancer gene.

Hope you see the specialist very soon and everything works out OK for you, OP. Your symptoms sound really uncomfortable and this is understandably causing you a lot of worry!

Could be gluten intolerance / coeliac disease. Try eliminating wheat, rye, barley from you diet as well as any foods that contain traces of gluten for a few weeks.

If that doesn't work then maybe go on an elimination diet (google it to find out more) to see if you are allergic to anything. But I would suggest consulting a GP before embarking on an elimination diet.
Also what causes burping when you haven't eaten anything but you just burp. Is it a build up of gas?.
