No, not everyone has the luxury of having rich parents to get into boarding/ private school it is the upper class who send there children to private school. The working class have the comprehensive and access to very few grammar schools but there is some which do go to grammar school

Not necessarily upper class only. Some are 30k a year, (at that point, yeah, you have to be rich or on a bursary) some are less than 10k a year. It's usually accessible at around middle class (though most of my friends are more well-off than I am at school).
People shouldn't boast or b*tch about going to private schools though. The child is not the one who decides that they're going to a private school, the parents are. I only go to one because my brothers did, and they only went because the headteacher at their (state) primary school told my parents that they'd be better off at one.

It doesn't necessarily mean you are any better or worse for going to a private school in terms of intellectualism.

The problem i see is in comprehensive schools there is 1,200 students in a comprehensive school on average- another issue is non english speaking students, these should be removed from classes and taught English as a base and let everything else fall in and around over a few years, otherwise they are a missfit and a waste of the teachers time trying to educate this person.

The people who go to private schools seem to be better grammatically and more book wise than street wise and it would be fair to call a decent proportion of them snobs. It goes back to the question why do private schools do better than comprehensive schools- my opinion is the following

1.) Better quality and standard of teaching
2.) Less people in classes- smaller class sizes mean that more time can be set aside to concentrate on students specific educational needs.
3.) Everyone who goes there can speak a good level of English which can not be said for comprehensives.

I dont understand people who boast about attending private school, its not like they themselves earned the money to go there is it? they just happen to have rich daddys and mummies

Or got a scholarship or bursary
