Yeah I got 1.5 as well nice. Did you get 170 for minimum value of n on question 6?

Im not too good remembering but id recognise if you showed me some.
For the chi squared goodness of fit test I think I got 2.165 for the test statistic.

Yes I got 2.165 and there were 4 degrees of freedom. I got -0.73 and 8.73 for a confidence interval. The other number I remember was 7.62 for the test statistic on the 2 standard deviations and H0 was accepted.

We do indeed (well I do certainly). I'm actually better at mechanics than stats so I did stats to prove to myself that I can do it.

Yeah but they threw in a sneaky to one decimal place for the confidence interval so it was -0.7 , 8.7. Which question on the two sds was that the rural and urban walks one?

Ah crap just remembered I put n>170 instead of n>=170. How many marks lost?

same mechanics is my favourite but it was a shame my school didn't do m3 and beyond. So I've only done M1 M2 S1 & S2

The question was what was the lowest integer so it wasnt an inequality just needed n=170

So how many marks lost in total given I made that mistake and didn't see 1dp on the confidence interval question? 4 or 5?
