80?? Loool, no. You can only get diabetes if you consume way too much sugar to the point where you body literally doesn't respond to insulin, or be born with no proper insulin response (Type 2 vs Type 1). As long as one exercises, and eats cleanly + in moderation they shouldn't worry about diabetes, unless family members have it, then they could develop it in later years, at birth, or during childhood.

You can be skinny and still get diabetes. Sometimes the fat doesn’t show

European studies have been showing type 2 diabetes being linked to eating meat so I guess someone eating a shitload of red meat or something could get diabetes and not be overweight

Wouldn't eating a shitload of red meat and not exercising make you fat?

It’s purely sugar levels. Fat indirectly affects it yes, but no weight makes you automatically have diabetes. Unfortunately for some their pancreas just won’t work

nah I know alot of people who eat loads of meat, barely eat veg and dont exercise and nearly have six packs. Gaining weight is getting too many calories you can have 1 bigmac meal and which is like 1000 cals were as a big steak and few chips could be like 600-800 calories
