What points do you have so far?
Not everyone should be treated the same maybe
We are naturally made so that men are stronger so we should leave it as it has been for thousands of years
You can mention things like maternity leave versus paternity leave, childcare, more women than men being victim of sexual harrassment. You don't have to argue that women should go back into the kitchen and leave big strong men to do everything.

You could start by talking about how women have only had the vote for the past 100 years (like talk a lil bit about the history)
