It's really hard to describe. But if you've had good sex then the feeling won't be negative. You should feel satisfied and happy, possibly a bit tired too.

If you get pleasure from it and enjoy it then it's good. If you don't enjoy it and just want it to be over then it's bad.

Porn is not the same as actual sex. It is a lot more different than porn. All I can say is that it probably won't be as good or won't look the same. (With all the makeup, lighting, fake orgasms and rubbish like that.) It will be awkward the first few times I feel, especially if the person you are with is experienced.
You will only get this feeling if you orgasm during sex, which is pretty rare for the first time.

Two people have made me orgasm through sex, the first gave me the feeling you described shortly after (disgusted in self, ashamed etc) because I knew deep down the relationship wasn’t working and we weren’t meant to be.

The second is my husband and I feel happy and relaxed afterwards.

I think you get the feeling from porn and masturbation (I get it also) because we have been conditioned to think it’s wrong and immoral.
