Not if you live in the UK.

As a home schooler, your biggest issue may be finding an appropriate academic reference.

But being home schooled shouldn't be a problem on its own.

You may also need to do medicine specific exams such as UKCAT.
Only iGCSE science subjects? Most people have 8-10 subjects, not 3-4. Do you have any international equivalents that unis might consider instead?

It doesn't matter where you do your A-levels as long as you do them.

As mentioned you will also need to get an academic reference from e.g. a tutor.

Also as mentioned you will need to sit the UKCAT/BMAT, do your UCAS, interview prep etc, at home as well. Your communications skills etc (as well as proficiency in conversational English, if relevant) will be an important part of that. You do potentially risk missing out on exposure to all this if home schooled.

You pay home fees if you have been resident in the UK for 3 years prior to university.
