Cauliflower is a vegetable, and is still in itself healthy and nutritionally beneficial regardless of what you have with it. It's like when your mum makes you a healthy dinner and then you put a dollop of ketchup on the side and she says "That was a healthy meal! Now you've done that it's not healthy anymore!"- total nonsense. Doesn't matter WTF you put on it - 8 florets of cauliflower is one of your "5 a day", whether you put cheese, cheese sauce, or even ****ing chocolate sauce with sugar sprinkles and ice cream on top and a pizza on the side, if you like - doesn't change the fact that the cauliflower is still a vegetable, still a portion of your 5 a day and there aren't these destructive chemicals in other unhealthier food items that destroy the micronutrients in the cauliflower.
