i overheard a conversation that this boy and girl in my class had sex. should i report them. if i do, should it be to the school or the police. thanks guys

How is this your business?
It doesn't matter. I'm guessing they were both in the 13/14/15 age bracket. Although the age of consent is 16, it doesn't matter what they choose to do in their spare time so long as they both were happy to do it. There are better uses of police time than two horny teenage kids. Find something better to do than getting into other people's business.

The age of consent refers to someone under 16 having sex with someone over 16, if two people under 16 have sex and both are happy with it then it is not against the law.
It’s the same way that if someone under 16 goes to a hospital for a condom the hospital can’t refuse, if they don’t give them condoms the kids will just have sex without a condom and risk pregnancy.
