Why isn’t percentages in the specification?

Someone told me to use the specification for my exam board as a guide on what to revise but there’s no percentages or proportion or ratio in the specification?

Not sure what you are looking at then because there’s a whole page in the specification relating to ratio, proportion, rates of change and percentage on foundation page 8 and on higher page 16
