I'm doing BTEC lvl 3 national extended diploma in applied science. I've read some uni's and they are asking for specifics. Which I don't seem to understand. One uni says this:
To include twelve units (six in each) in Maths, Use of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Human Biology, Applied Science or Psychology. We don't accept BTEC qualifications in Sport (Performance and Excellence), Sport (Development, Coaching and Fitness), or Sport and Exercise Science.

What is this uni talking about? Are these lists of units that must be part of my course? or are these types of courses? I've never heard of use of maths as a unit in my course. Any help?

Link me to the uni course.

This bit is self explanatory as they are BTEC courses courses or modules. If you arent doing anything with those names it doesnt apply to you..

You need to show me the link so I can see it in context and check there isnt any important missing information. I think there might be.
