Hi, I am applying to other unis for just physics so my personal statement is heavily physics based, however I do like the natsci course so would I be at a disadvantage when applying?

Hi - sorry you haven't had a response to this yet. I'm just going to bump the thread in the hope that someone sees this and can help

Why do I do this?

The Universities forums get a lot of questions that are unanswered. This is often because the OP's thread got missed - bumping threads gives them another lease of life and frequently results in someone seeing it and being able to respond

If you would like to help with unanswered questions check out the first part of the list here and don't forget the second part of the list here.

Or if you have questions, get in touch with Puddles the Monkey.

No one here can really answer this, you could either try posting in one of the official posts at the top of this forum, or emailing the admissions office ([email protected]) to get an answer.

I'm in the same situation and I don't think it's a problem. (Let's hope not)

I highly doubt it will be an issue.

If you have the entry requirement as predicted grades, you will almost certainly get an offer.

93% of applicants to Lancaster Natural Science got an offer last year according to Which?

You’ll be fine- physics is double weighted in the pathway scheme so it makes sense that you would be more heavily invested in physics.
What other pathway are you taking?

Thinking of taking Biology, but this situation is resolved now as I have just received an unconditional from Lancaster.
