Judging by the edit and my quote, I'm guessing you're calling me old :emo:

I was brought up in the care system of the 40s to 60s in the RC Church. Formal education was practically non-existent and I left school at 15 unable to read or write and homeless. I had to look after myself and teach myself to read and write.
Got married at 24. 7 children. 17 grandchildren. I greatgrandchildren. When all the kids left home and were settled, I did an Access to the Humanities course in ‘98 and was offered my degree choice in 99. One of my daughters had a son in ‘99 who was very ill and she couldn’t look after him. I had to take him and drop out of uni. He wasn’t well enough for school, so I home schooled him. When he was 16, I sent him to college, and I went back to uni to start my degree. He is 19 now.
