Depends how you study and how long you are capable of? Some people get up early, but a 9 or 10 start would be ok for me? You can only revise so much during a day so dont forget to vary and during the slow times then change your type of study to something easier/less demanding.

I find I can study and learn new things first time in the morning then it slows down with afternoon 1-7[m being more difficult. I then pick up again later in the evening. Know when you are most effective and pace yourself. You may only need to do X hours a day, so dont drive yourself into the ground.

I just have a to do list plan and then do so much of a textbook if notemaking or reading and mindmapping if learning or so many questions if im doing questions. I might have a plan telling me what to study and for how long, which would be part of my overall revision plan. I just sit down and do it then. Do as much as I can. take a break every so often.
Have look at these guides they give you a better idea on what you should be doing and in more detail than an answer from me.

Also look at these three links.
A timetable and plan imo is where it starts.

Worth a listen.

Some people use this. I just preferred a big piece of paper and then refined it.
