I know someone who hasn't had sex with her partner she claims they haven't expressed love in that way. I do understand that not all lesbians engage in sexual activity. The most they may just do is kiss.

Long nails increase the risk of cuts and therefore infection, so not recommended. They also don't feel as good as your actual fingers. Oral sex is pretty enjoyable too, both giving and receiving. It's nothing like you see in porn, but it's not necessary. You might be surprised if you try it, but it's not necessary.
