My guess is if they are asking us now for notice periods then maybe a mid December start could be possible, but it’s hard to say as the process has been quite long. But it’s a good sign that the process is picking up pace now

Looks like you're the only one with a start date for Birmingham for now. My checks ain't back yet. Hoping I'm still able to start for 10th of Dec.

Yeah mine is aswell
Thiught I'd give people my experience of the recruitment process.

Applied April, Interview July, Provisional Offer Sep, Formal Offer Nov..Start date 3rd December Birmingham, Norfolk House.

A friend of mine applied on the same date and started at Merry Hill in October so the time varies. My application process was long and frustrating. Asked 3 times to provide more ID. Had to chase continuously. Glad the wait is over. Didn't even think I'd receive my formal offer in time as they gave me just over a week's notice but had to chase that also. Looking forward to the role though.

Noticed something strange about my application. I'll be working in Debt Management rather than dealing the all round tax enquiries in the Merry Hill office like my friend. Anyone else starting in Birmingham and in the same office?
