im a 17 male and i have a sex problem and im so scared to what will happen if i have sex. i masturbate alot, usually 2-3 times per day, and i last about 1-3 minutes each time, i cant even imagine how embarrasing it would be with a girl when i last 1 minute, i last a minute using my hands, so with an actual vagina id be 30 seconds.... please help me im so embarrassed and dont know what to do when i have sex with someone!

Firstly, that is not a good idea. Secondly, it is known that frequent masturbation can desensitise you slightly, you have no reason to be scared though. My advice would be to perhaps start to masturbate less, do it gradually because obviously your body will struggle if you suddenly go from multiple times a day to maybe every 2 days. You could be overstimulating yourself, moreover, don’t rely on porn or watch it too much as that too will desensitise you and ultimately sex will probably be disappointing if you rely on it.
Do not worry about how long you last! As a girl I can tell you that isn’t the main thing I think about. If you’re in a relationship and you have sex, it’s not so much about being porn like and mind blowing, it’s the connection with one another as well as the foreplay and snuggles, how long you last is not a big thing and if you’re with a nice girl you trust she’ll understand and it’s always something you can work on together :smile:
