Plant-based diets

What is your opinion about plant-based diets? :s-smilie:

There is no generally-accepted definition of "plant-based diet", but the consensus is that you have to get more than 50% of your daily calorie amount from plants (vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds, spices etc.). Plant-based does not necessarily mean vegetarian or vegan because in plant-based diets animal products (even meat) are acceptable as long as they are in small quantities.

I've been vegan for over 4 years now, mostly for health reasons.
