30 notifications when I came back from school is now down to 17 :s-smilie:

majority of them are GYGs and so I feel super guilty if I don’t reply to them but it takes ages to go through all the updates I’ve missed...

According to the highly trusted and respected source (https://nationaldaycalendar.com) it is national inner-beauty day today. I am beautiful inside and out, and everyone's beauty is perceived in a different way by different people. I should not base my self-worth on how i view myself, it's what is inside that matters, and while not desirable in the short-term (for most people) it certainly makes the difference in the long-term :yes:

i don't know whether or not it's a relief to have cried today:

pros:
- let emotions out (finally) (not to anyone, just by myself :redface:

)

cons:
- mock week starts tomorrow so i feel like i'm wasting time :s-smilie:

- my head hurts
- didn't do anything to help me
- people ask what's up an have a go at me when i don't tell them and they get angry and then i get angry and slam the door :cry:

- in a bad state of mind again (literally what's new?)

10/10 would recommend.
