A psychiatirist should assess darren pencille for mental health, most likely darren is faking it to get less jail time. If they clearly were in an argument, it's not mental health.

If that is part of his legal defence, then the trial judge will order an independent assessment before sentencing.

He attempted to start an argument with the magistrate this morning, but she was on the bench and he was in the dock surrounded by security guards. Would he have accused her of looking at him if they had met on a train going to London?
