Online distance learning Environmental Health MSc

Hi guys,

I have enrolled on the MSc Environmental health course beginning in
January. I have a full time job and so was wondering how much time
people put into the course per week? I just want to know how much
time I need to put aside. Also, general opinions on the course and
career opportunities would be great.

Thanks,
Adam

Hi Adam, I have an unconditional offer to study MSc Environmental health.
I am also doing mine through Derby.
I think hours are dependent on how long you aim to complete course, I am working part time and hope to complete in 2 years,Id like to do it in one year but not sure how realistic that is for me.
I'm sure i read that each module takes 20 hours per week study
I'll try and find where it says that for you.
I think career is very diverse
Environmental Health Officer for council or working in private sector, water companies and housing officers to name a few
My council offer one year student Environmental health jobs to enable you to complete professional portfolio and gain necessary accreditation to go on and get a job after Msc is finished.
