I think we can all do with bearing these in mind for when we're having a 'meh' day! I also think taking yourself outside, especially if it's to somewhere with a bit of nature and calm, can really help.

I completely agree. I am trying to spend more time down by the lake near where I live. It is so peaceful, I get to feed the ducks, swans and squirrels and then sit reading for a bit. So peaceful

I'd also suggest the Wim Hof method, meditation, fasting and cold showers.
I also found that waking up early on a consistent basis (0400-0530) does wonders for your focus and motivation.

Cold showers are great in the summer, do you still take them when it's freezing outside?

I agree getting up early is great as I find I'm more productive that way.

As I have been studying in my degree, managing and reducing stress as much as possible, exercise and speaking to a therapist for those things you can't get over, are really useful things.

Love it. How best do you manage and reduce stress? I know it's different for everyone as to what works - do you do anything suggested in the article?

Invent or create. The closest I've been to is by writing.

It's something I thought of doing new. It's random prompts too much saturated with dialogues...but it's a sort of cathartic...
Good pointers on the article, many of which I've been ignoring. It's a time for acceptance, after all

Wearing a poncho. It's impossible to be unhappy in a poncho.

It's ironic because I'm feeling stressed today, but usually I do not get stressed for days on end. Feeling in control and doing work early can help make me feel better and less likely to get stressed. Also avoiding the 'end of the world' mentality when I do feel a bit worried.

I am with you on doing work early and getting it out of the way. That's usually my strategy with everything! And yeah, it's always good to keep things in perspective
Stop worrying about what others think of you, quit using social media, don't drink to excess and don't take illegal drugs or co-called legal highs, especially those associated with mental health problems.
