The camps would be on either requestioned land or old military bases that haven't already been snapped up for housing. Fit 2K prisoners on each "camp". You would need just 50 sites across the country. Getting them to do work is good because it would be tough sleeping outside and also the work contributes to the economy, ie, they say many EU migrants did work on farms, now many have left, we can have prisoners do it for free.

You want to increase the tax on the rich, I mean sure a small amount is fine but 30%? so £0.30 for every £1 you earn is going to the government? Why would anyone whos rich want to stay in this country then? They'll just move abroad and boom, bit by bit your economy begins to crumble. Legalising marijuana and taxing it won't make a difference, it will always be cheaper to buy from a dealer and guess who the biggest consumers of Marijuana are, teenegers and young adults, many who will know a dealer. By legalising it you will just create an even bigger black market for Marijuana. I agree with some of your points, but limiting unskilled migration to 100? Do you know how many foreign workers work in cleaning, farming? Im guessing you'll say that prisoners can do this job instead, whos going to manage all of these prisoners in massive farms that stretch for acres and acres? More officers? Where are you going to get them from, the police and prison wardens are already far stretched, and the only way to get a recruitment drive is by raising the wages for them. And what will that mean, yep you guessed it, more tax hikes for the rich. This all sounds well and dandy but when you begin to realise how many people earn over £100K+ (especially in London) you'll realise you have a lot of angry people. Not to mention putting off Small and medium sized businesses, for example sole traders will barely survive. This just all sounds like the failed concept of communism, all sounds good on paper but wouldn't work in real life.
