Can meditation help in planting new emotions to a certain thought?

was searching up ways to feed ideas to subconscious mind...

Meditation can help control your emotions. I am not sure if this would directly then put ideas into your mind relating to certain emotions.
But it might be worth a try?
People are always saying good things about meditation, I don't have much patience for it personally :colondollar:

Thanks a lot for sharing your views and the helpful link!
I'm personally of the opinion that medicine is a last resort for this. It helps control emption, cannot say anything for planting new emotions to a certain thought.
Do remember that it's my personal opinion that it should be a last resort. Some would maybe find benefit without it being a last resort.
CBT etc helps though.
I am thankful for your views! Perhaps CBT is the closest option..
